Through one-on-one listening sessions with individuals representing the diversity of our workforce and an all-employee culture survey, the perceptions we gather guide the ongoing conversations and training necessary to help break down biases and ensure that every employee feels a genuine sense of belonging. To champion these actions, a Diversity Council is in development for the purpose of soliciting this feedback and prioritizing our focus of DEI activities and communications.

We do this in part through our Diversity Council and Employee Resource Groups, which help support employees’ personal and professional goals, while also providing an opportunity to celebrate the unique and diverse characteristics that are the fabric of our best-in-class workforce at Centuri.
